How to cook Salmon with crispy parmesan
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
Step 2
Peel and finely chop the garlic. Cut the parsley leaves. Combine grated parmesan, parsley and garlic.
Step 3
Lay the fish skin side down on a baking sheet. Cover with a sheet of parchment and place in the oven for 7 minutes. Remove the baking sheet from the oven, remove the top parchment.
Step 4
Sprinkle the fish with the cheese and herb mixture and return the baking sheet to the oven for another 7 minutes. The cheese should melt and turn golden. Remove the fish from the oven, leave for 5 minutes. and serve to the table.
