Salmon with crispy parmesan
Description
You will spend no more than 15 minutes preparing this dish, and the result will be no worse than in an expensive restaurant. The most important thing in this recipe is not to overdry the fish.
Cooking
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
Step 2
Peel and finely chop the garlic. Cut the parsley leaves. Combine grated parmesan, parsley and garlic.
Step 3
Lay the fish skin side down on a baking sheet. Cover with a sheet of parchment and place in the oven for 7 minutes. Remove the baking sheet from the oven, remove the top parchment.
Step 4
Sprinkle the fish with the cheese and herb mixture and return the baking sheet to the oven for another 7 minutes. The cheese should melt and turn golden. Remove the fish from the oven, leave for 5 minutes. and serve to the table.
