Casserole with mushrooms

You can make a casserole in the oven from different products: potatoes, vegetables, chicken, cottage cheese, cheese or fish. A casserole made from fresh, wild or frozen mushrooms (champignons, chanterelles, porcini mushrooms or honey mushrooms) turns out tasty and healthy. The recipe is elementary, and a minimum of products are required to prepare the dish. Mushroom casserole can be served as a main course or a hot appetizer.
How to cook Casserole with mushrooms
Step 1

Cook the mushrooms with onions. Heat the frying pan, add vegetable oil and fry the onions with mushrooms for 7 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix well. Remove the fried mushrooms from the heat and let them cool.
Step 2

Prepare the filling for the casserole. Beat the egg whites until fluffy. Add the yolks and finely chopped green onions to the fried mushrooms. Add the beaten egg whites and mix gently.
Step 3

Bake the casserole. Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil and put the mushroom mass in it. Bake the mushroom casserole in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
