Chicken fillet with vegetables in a creamy sauce
There is an opinion that chicken breast fillet is a product that always turns out dry. But this is not true. Everything depends on how exactly to cook the fillet. And if you do everything correctly, then in the end you will get a juicy, tasty, and most importantly, dietary dish. The whole secret is to fry the chicken fillet pieces over high heat. Then all its juices will be preserved inside. Add vegetables to the chicken and pour everything with cream. Voila! A delicious dinner is ready.
How to cook Chicken fillet with vegetables in a creamy sauce
Step 1

Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces. First, cut it lengthwise into 3-4 strips, and then cut the strips across into pieces 1-1.5 cm thick.

Cut the onion into large cubes.

Grate the carrots on a coarse grater or cut into small cubes. Cut the bell pepper into large pieces, chop the garlic.

Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and put the chicken pieces in it. Add salt and pepper to taste. Fry the chicken over high heat for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.

Add chopped garlic and bell pepper to the chicken and vegetables. Mix everything and fry for another 3-4 minutes.

Pour the cream into the pan. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for another 10 minutes.

Decorate the finished dish with cherry tomato halves or regular tomato slices. If desired, decorate the dish with parsley or cilantro.
