How to cook Buženina
Step 1
First, prepare a mixture of spices for boiled pork: Mix 1 tbsp. sweet ground paprika and starch, 0.5 tsp each ground black pepper, basil, coriander, bay leaf, marjoram, 1 tsp. sugar, 1.5-2 tsp salt.
Step 2
Stuff the meat with garlic, put in a baking bag, pour the mixture of spices, tie the bag with a clip, shake well.
Step 3
Pour into a baking dish, refrigerate overnight.
Step 4
Then pierce the bag in 2-3 places. Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees, bake for 1 hour-1 hour 10 minutes.
Step 5
Take the cooked pork out of the bag. Let cool, cut.
