One of the most delicious breakfasts that requires a minimum of effort!

How to cook Playboy eggs

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, grease the molds with olive oil. Place 2 slices of pancetta or bacon in a baking dish and cook until golden and crispy, leave to cool and slightly firm.

Step 2

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the pancetta mushrooms for about 5 minutes until golden brown, add the green onions and cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly, checking to see if there is enough salt. Remove skillet from heat and stir in half of the cheese.

Step 3

Put the mixture into molds, break 2 eggs each, keeping the yolks whole, put in the oven for 5 minutes. Remove from oven, sprinkle with remaining cheese and return to oven for 8 minutes.

Step 4

When ready, insert two cooled slices of pancetta or bacon vertically into the molds so that they resemble rabbit ears. Sprinkle with freshly ground pepper and serve immediately with your favorite bread! Enjoy your meal!
