Salad "Tbilisi"
Tbilisi salad is a popular Georgian salad with beef, red beans, sweet peppers, cilantro and walnuts. It is distinguished by its fresh spicy taste, because chili peppers, garlic and khmeli-suneli spices are added to it. The salad is traditionally dressed with olive oil and wine vinegar or lemon juice. Tbilisi salad turns out very bright, tasty and piquant, and also healthy, because it contains only meat and vegetables.
How to cook Salad "Tbilisi"
Step 1

Cut the boiled beef into small cubes.
Step 2

Cut the bell pepper into small 1 cm squares.
Step 3

Cut a few thin slices of chili pepper. Finely chop the garlic.
Step 4

Finely chop the cilantro and dill.
Step 5

Cut the red onion into thin strips or quarter rings.
Step 6

In a deep salad bowl, combine bell pepper, beef, beans, red onion, herbs, garlic and chili pepper.
Step 7

Dress the salad with olive oil and lemon juice and mix. The salad can be served immediately, but it is better to let it sit for 30 minutes.
