Salad "Tbilisi"
Tbilisi salad is a popular Georgian salad with beef, red beans, sweet peppers, cilantro and walnuts. It is distinguished by its fresh spicy taste, because chili peppers, garlic and khmeli-suneli spices are added to it. The salad is traditionally dressed with olive oil and wine vinegar or lemon juice. How to cook Salad "Tbilisi"
Step 1

Cut the boiled beef into small cubes.

Cut the bell pepper into small 1 cm squares.

Cut a few thin slices of chili pepper. Finely chop the garlic.

Cut the red onion into thin strips or quarter rings.
