Beef stew with prunes
Beef is a low-calorie meat, so it is ideal for those who watch their figure and athletes. Beef contains a lot of iron, which makes it an indispensable product for pregnant women, the elderly, people at risk of developing iron deficiency anemia and nursing women. In combination with prunes, the meat will sparkle with new colors. The juicy, slightly sweet taste is ideal for dinner.
