Beef stew with prunes

Beef is a low-calorie meat, so it is ideal for those who watch their figure and athletes. Beef contains a lot of iron, which makes it an indispensable product for pregnant women, the elderly, people at risk of developing iron deficiency anemia and nursing women. In combination with prunes, the meat will sparkle with new colors. The juicy, slightly sweet taste is ideal for dinner. Beef with prunes can be served with rice, mashed potatoes or bulgur, or as a separate dish with sauce and a piece of fresh bread.
How to cook Beef stew with prunes

Cut the beef into thin slices and beat them.
