In Thai cuisine, there are chicken cutlets with cheese and tomatoes. The main thing is not to overcook the dish in the oven so that the cutlets remain juicy and appetizing. The dish goes well with fresh vegetables and pasta.
How to cook Chicken cutlets with tomato
Step 1

Prepare the chicken fillet. Cut the breast lengthwise into two parts. Gently beat the fillet with a kitchen hammer so as not to damage the fibers.
Step 2

Grease the fillet with mayonnaise. Add salt, pepper and spices. Leave the meat to marinate on the table for 30 minutes.
Step 3

While the meat is marinating, preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Put baking paper on a baking tray. Place the chops on it.
Step 4

Cut the onion into half rings, the tomatoes into circles. Put the vegetables on the fillet. Grease the top with mayonnaise.
Step 5

Grate the cheese on a medium grater. Sprinkle the chicken cutlets with cheese. Bake the dish in the oven for 20-25 minutes. The cheese should melt and brown slightly.
