Salad with beef and mushrooms

A very easy-to-make salad with beef, vegetables and mushrooms. Healthy and low-calorie, it can rightfully be considered a dietary snack. It is perfect for an everyday snack or as an addition to dinner, and will also decorate your holiday table. Tender beef, juicy cherry tomatoes, aromatic walnuts, a pleasant sourness of balsamic sauce - all in one plate. You and your guests will definitely like it.
How to cook Salad with beef and mushrooms
Step 1

Cut the boiled and cooled beef into random pieces.
Step 2

Cut the onion into half rings.
Step 3

Shred the cabbage.
Step 4

Cut the tomatoes in half.
Step 5

Place all the chopped ingredients and mushrooms in a deep bowl and sprinkle with chopped walnuts on top.
Step 6

Add balsamic vinegar, sumac, salt and pepper to taste and stir to combine.
