Cottage cheese casserole
Of all the casseroles, the cottage cheese casserole is perhaps the most famous of all. It is tender, ruddy, fluffy and even, as we were told in childhood, healthy. It is difficult to define a classic recipe for a homemade cottage cheese casserole, because it is different for everyone: some add raisins, some add rice, some like it to have a minimum of sugar. The main thing is that the recipe is simple, the casserole is quick to prepare and delicious to eat.
How to cook Cottage cheese casserole
Step 1

Beat the egg with sugar until fluffy. Add the egg mixture, flour, salt to the strained cottage cheese and stir.
Step 2

Place the mixture in a baking dish, spread sour cream on top and sprinkle with melted butter. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 40 minutes until golden brown.
Step 3

Cut the finished casserole into portions and serve.
