Asian Spritz

Three ingredients point to the Asian origin of this "Squirt": soju - the Korean national drink, the juice of the Asian citrus fruit yuzu and another citrus - pomelo.
How to cook Asian Spritz
Step 1
For the strawberry-lemongrass mix, first boil the syrup: mix 250 ml of simple sugar syrup with 50 g of crushed lemongrass, beat in a blender, strain through cheesecloth. Then mix this syrup and strawberry puree in a ratio of 1:2.
Step 2
Pour all ingredients into a chilled wine glass, stir with crushed ice, garnish with pomelo wedge and zest.
