Step 1

Wash prunes and raisins. Soak prunes in warm water for 10 minutes. Wash the loin, dry it, cut into thin slices and beat well.

Step 2

Pork with fruit sauce

Rub the meat with salt and pepper, fry in hot oil, 3 minutes each. from each side.

Step 3

Add sprigs of rosemary, raisins and prunes. Pour in wine and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.

500 g boneless pork loin
150 g pitted prunes
100 g seedless raisins
100 ml dry white wine
3 sprigs of rosemary
2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
salt pepper
