Pizza Carbonara
It is believed that carbonara was invented by Italian coal miners (carbonaio) when they worked in the Apennine Mountains. They took with them solid supplies of food, including cheese, pasta, dry-cured pork, olive oil, salt and pepper. All this was included in the composition of the legendary pasta, which can now be bought in any Italian cafe. Pizza carbonara is a rare phenomenon, but you can easily make it according to our recipe.
