How to cook Pizza Homemade
Step 1

Pour warm water into a bowl, add sugar, yeast, 3 tbsp. l. flour, mix and leave for 15 minutes. The dough will rise in 15 minutes.
Step 2

Add vegetable oil, salt to the resulting dough, gradually add the sifted flour and knead the dough. The dough is ready, you can sculpt pies.
Step 3

Divide the dough into 2 parts, roll each part into a rounded layer, put in molds greased with vegetable oil. Brush pizza bases with tomato paste.
Step 4

Cut the sausage. Cheese grate on a fine grater. Put on tomato paste, grease with mayonnaise.
Step 5

Beat the egg, put on pizza, sprinkle with grated cheese. Lay out the sliced olives.
Step 6

Bake in an oven preheated to 210 degrees for 35 minutes.
