Salad with marinated mushrooms
Salad with pickled mushrooms is quite a filling dish, which is suitable both for a festive table and for a daily snack. How to cook Salad with marinated mushrooms
Step 1

Chop the chicken into cubes, then grate the carrots on a large grater. Finely chop the red onion.
Step 2

Fry the previously prepared carrots and onions in a frying pan in vegetable oil for 5-10 minutes over low heat. Stir the vegetables during the process.
Step 3

Pour all the remaining ingredients into the salad bowl: chopped chicken breast, fried red onion and carrots, and marinated mushrooms. Then mix them together and coat the dish thoroughly with mayonnaise. Don't forget to add salt to taste. The salad is ready.
