Boil fusilli in salted water for 5 minutes (not until tender). Drain in a colander and let cool.

Cut half-smoked sausage into strips.

Cheese grate on a fine grater. Set aside some of the cheese for sprinkling the top of the roll. Divide the egg into white and yolk. Combine egg white with mayonnaise. Unroll pita bread, grease the sheet with ketchup.

Spread boiled pasta over ketchup. Then lay out the chopped sausage. Spice up. Lubricate with a layer of mayonnaise. Put a layer of cheese on top. We roll into a roll.

Place the roll on a greased baking sheet. Beat the egg yolk and generously grease the top of the roll and sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese.
