Turkey shish kebab with apricots

Description
Turkey shish kebab with apricots can be cooked not only on the grill, but also at home in a frying pan.
Step-by-Step Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Thoroughly wash the turkey breast fillets, dry and cut into cubes with a side of 3-4 cm.
Step 2
Chop garlic and mix with lemon juice, sugar and soy sauce. Pour the marinade over the meat, mix and refrigerate for 3 hours.
Step 3
Wash the apricots, pat dry, cut in half and remove the pits. Pour in port and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Step 4
Soak wooden skewers in cold water for half an hour. Remove the breasts from the marinade. Alternately thread the apricots and meat onto the skewers.
Step 5
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Fry the skewers on all sides, spending five minutes on each side. During cooking, kebabs should be watered with the remaining marinade.
