Blue cheese dressing

Blue cheese goes great with crispy lettuce, romaine lettuce or endive shoots. This thick, creamy sauce can be made with blue cheeses that crumble easily, from mild-tasting Danish blue cheese to savory varieties like Roquefort, Stilton or Gorgonzola.
How to cook Blue cheese dressing
Step 1
In a bowl, mix buttermilk, mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice and thyme.
Step 2
Add crumbled cheese, stir. Season with salt and pepper. Can be stored in the refrigerator in a tightly closed container for up to 3 days.
