How to cook Champignons stuffed in a frying pan
Step 1

Prepare the filling. Combine the ham, onion, and spices in a bowl. Mix. Grind the garlic with 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.

Stuff the mushrooms. Remove the stems from the champignons. Place the ham and onion inside the cap. Pour in the garlic oil. Heat a frying pan with oil. Transfer the mushrooms to it. Reduce the heat to low and cover with a lid. After 10 minutes, sprinkle the mushrooms with fresh herbs and a little cheese. Cover again and simmer for 1 minute. Turn off the stove and leave the champignons to infuse for 5 minutes.
