Homemade Cheddar Burger

How to cook Homemade Cheddar Burger
Step 1

Salt and pepper the minced meat, mix thoroughly and form a cutlet.
Step 2

Fry the cutlet in heated vegetable oil (3 minutes on each side).
Step 3

In a dry frying pan, toast the burger bun until golden brown. Spread the inside of the halves with sauce.
Step 4

Assemble the burger: place the patty on the bottom half, place cheese on top of the meat, then tomato, lettuce and cover with the second half.
Step 5

Secure the top bun with a long wooden skewer and serve.
