Crab sticks with cheese in the oven

Baked crab sticks with cheese is a new recipe. Crab sticks are a ready-to-eat product and are traditionally used as a base for various salads and cold appetizers. You can give familiar dishes a new twist by subjecting them to heat treatment. Crab sticks with cheese in the oven are easy to prepare and allow you to vary the flavor combinations of products. It is better to use hard cheese for the filling.
How to cook Crab sticks with cheese in the oven
Step 1

Prepare the cheese "cap". Grate the cheese, beat in a raw egg, add mayonnaise, salt and spices. Mix the ingredients.
Step 2

Make rolls. Chop the crab sticks. Grate the eggs and cheese on a medium grater. Combine the ingredients. Add mayonnaise and mix. Put the filling on the surface of the lavash, roll it into a tight roll. Cut into rings, about 3 cm thick.
Step 3

Proceed to the last stage. Line a baking tray with baking paper, arrange the rolls, leaving a small space between them. Sprinkle with cheese mixture on top. Place in an oven preheated to 200 ˚C for 20 minutes. The cheese "cap" on the rolls should increase in volume and brown.
