Chicken breast with champignons in a creamy sauce

Step 1

Wash mushrooms, dry and cut into slices. Peel the onion, cut.

Step 2

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry the onion for 2 minutes. Then add mushrooms and fry for 5-6 minutes. Then pour in the cream, salt to taste, add grated cheese and simmer for 10-12 minutes, until thickened.

Step 3

While the champignons are being prepared, beat off the prepared chicken breast, roll in a mixture of spices, salt to taste, lightly press and fry in a heated pan for 5-7 minutes on both sides.

Step 4

Serve fried chicken breast with mushrooms in cream, garnish with dill sprigs.

champignons - 5-6 pcs.
onion - 1/2 pc.
salt - to taste
freshly ground red pepper - to taste
freshly ground black pepper - to taste
ground paprika - to taste
cream 10% - 150 ml
grated hard cheese - 2 tbsp. l.
vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.
