Wash mushrooms, dry and cut into slices. Peel the onion, cut.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry the onion for 2 minutes. Then add mushrooms and fry for 5-6 minutes. Then pour in the cream, salt to taste, add grated cheese and simmer for 10-12 minutes, until thickened.
While the champignons are being prepared, beat off the prepared chicken breast, roll in a mixture of spices, salt to taste, lightly press and fry in a heated pan for 5-7 minutes on both sides.
Serve fried chicken breast with mushrooms in cream, garnish with dill sprigs.
