Turkey barbecue

How to cook Turkey barbecue

Step 1

Rinse and dry the turkey fillet, remove all veins and films, cut into pieces of 3-4 cm.

Step 2

Chop the garlic or put it through a press (it can also be rubbed on a fine grater), put in a marinating bowl (glass or enameled), add vegetable oil, all spices - adjika, suneli hops, paprika, salt, ground black pepper, mix and leave the gruel to infuse for 10 minutes at room temperature.

Step 3

Put the meat in the prepared marinade, mix with your hands so that the marinade is evenly distributed, leave to marinate, covered, for 2-3 hours.

Step 4

String the turkey meat on skewers, put it on the grill and bake over the coals first for 2-3 minutes, then turn the skewers over, bake for another 10-12 minutes until cooked, turning the skewers as needed.
