Brizol is a French cooking technique that involves dipping thin, pounded pieces of meat or mince in egg and breading, then frying and rolling them into tubes. Various fillings are placed inside. In this recipe, we slightly changed the technique and wrapped a pounded piece of chicken with a filling of mushrooms and onions, then breaded the brizol and fried it.

Fold the pieces of meat in half so that the filling is inside. They should look like chicken "pies".

Let's start breading the brizol. Roll each "pie" in flour, then dip it in a raw egg and roll it in breadcrumbs.
