Knead the dough. Mix butter, sugar, egg, soda and kefir. Gradually add flour to the dough. Knead until the dough becomes soft and tender.

Prepare the strudel. Roll out the dough to a thickness of no more than 0.5 cm. Grease the dough with apple jam. Put raisins on top. Roll the dough into a roll. Cut the roll into portions 5 cm wide.

Bake the strudel. Place the resulting rolls on a baking sheet. Bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
