Healthy strudel

To prepare a low-calorie PP strudel with apples, you do not need to knead the dough, ready-made lavash will do. Thus, the cooking time is reduced. The main secret of good taste is choosing the right apples. They should be firm, large and slightly sour, then the filling will not be too sweet when cooked.
How to cook Healthy strudel
Step 1

Prepare the filling. Chop the nuts, cut the apples into small cubes. Mix the apples, raisins, cinnamon, nuts and sugar in a deep bowl.
Step 2

Roll up the roll. Beat the egg and milk in a bowl. Lay the lavash on the table, step back 3-5 cm from the edge and spread the filling across. Carefully roll up the roll and grease with half of the milk-egg mixture.
