Prepare the filling. Chop the nuts, cut the apples into small cubes. Mix the apples, raisins, cinnamon, nuts and sugar in a deep bowl.
Roll up the roll. Beat the egg and milk in a bowl. Lay the lavash on the table, step back 3-5 cm from the edge and spread the filling across. Carefully roll up the roll and grease with half of the milk-egg mixture.
Prepare the strudel. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, place the strudel on it and grease with the remaining mixture. Bake the strudel in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
