- Butter - 40 g
- Sugar - 120 g

- Kefir - 50 g
- Chicken egg - 60 g
- Apple jam - 200 g
- Raisins - 100 g
- Ground cinnamon - 3 g
- Powdered sugar - 10 g
- White sesame - 6 g

Step 1

Knead the dough. Mix butter, sugar, egg, soda and kefir. Gradually add flour to the dough. Knead until the dough becomes soft and tender.
Step 2

Prepare the strudel. Roll out the dough to a thickness of no more than 0.5 cm. Grease the dough with apple jam. Put raisins on top. Roll the dough into a roll. Cut the roll into portions 5 cm wide.
Step 3
