How to cook Tuna cabbage rolls
Step 1
Soak rice in cold water for 5 hours, then rinse well, dry and mix with 1 tbsp. l. salt.
Step 2
Soak beans overnight, rinse. Pour boiling water over, let the water drain. Crush the beans in a bowl with 1 tsp. salt.
Step 3
Finely chop the pork or pass through a meat grinder. Peel the onion, finely chop. Combine pork, onion, fish sauce, remaining salt and pepper. Carefully cut off thickenings from cabbage leaves, slightly beat off.
Step 4
Put on each 1 tbsp. l. rice, flatten. Put 1 tbsp on rice. l. beans and also smooth. Then put 1 tsp. minced pork, on it - a layer of the remaining beans, on top - a layer of rice. Roll the leaves stuffed with minced meat into a tube and tie with kitchen twine.
