How to cook Sauce for boiled potatoes with sour cream and garlic
Step 1
Boil 200 g of potatoes "in uniform" in salted water for 25 minutes. Drain the water, cool the potatoes, mash with a fork. Crush 3 garlic cloves with 1 tsp. salt and together with 3 tbsp. l. vinegar and 200 ml of sour cream add to the potatoes. Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Pour in 3 tbsp. l. olive oil, sprinkle with chopped chives and mix well.
