Tiramisu with sugar cookies

How to cook Tiramisu with sugar cookies
Step 1

Whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Gradually add the powdered sugar, remembering to whisk constantly.
Step 2

In a bowl, mix mascarpone and whipped cream until smooth.
Step 3

Prepare a tiramisu mold. Dip the cookies in coffee on both sides for 2 seconds and spread them in an even layer in the mold.
Step 4

Place a layer of cream on top of the cookie layer. Continue adding layers until the cream runs out.
Step 5

Smooth out the top layer of cream and decorate with cocoa powder.
Step 6

Place the dessert in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
