Chocolate pears baked in filo pastry

How to cook Chocolate pears baked in filo pastry
Step 1

Cut peeled pears into slices. Bring water with icing sugar and vanilla pod to a boil and place pear slices in it so that they are completely covered with liquid. Boil on low heat for 10 minutes. until soft, cool without removing. Remove the cooled pears from the syrup and let the syrup drain, placing in a colander.
Step 2

Grind nuts and chocolate in a blender. Add a couple of tablespoons of the syrup in which the pears were boiled to the orange zest.
Step 3

Brush all filo sheets with melted butter. Then alternately sprinkle each leaf first with almonds, then with grated chocolate. Put another sheet on top and repeat the procedure. Do the same with the rest of the sheets, lubricating them and sprinkling with almonds and chocolate.
Step 4

Put the pears on the short side of the dough, retreating 4 cm from the border. Top with a mixture of orange zest and syrup. Roll up, brush with oil.
Step 5

Bake in the oven at 190-200°C for 20 minutes. until golden.
Step 6

Serve sprinkled with powdered sugar. With a scoop of ice cream - the most delicate delicacy.
