Achuchuk salad

The peculiarity of this salad is that the tomatoes and onions are cut into thin slices. This can only be done with a very well sharpened knife. Actually, this is reflected in the name of the salad: "Achuchuk" is translated from Uzbek as "sharp knife".
How to cook Achuchuk salad
Step 1
Chop the tomatoes, onions, hot peppers and basil leaves as thinly as possible.
Step 2
Season with salt and pepper. Serve with plov. You can put it directly on a dish with pilaf. If served as a separate dish, if desired! season with vegetable oil and mix.
