How to cook Salad with cucumbers "Appetizing"

Step 1

Wash cucumbers and cut into rings.

Step 2

Peel the garlic and put it through a garlic press.

Step 3

Remove seeds from peppers and puree in a blender. Optionally, you can add 1 pod of hot pepper.

Step 4

Pass the tomatoes through a meat grinder (blender or grater) (without skin).

Step 5

Put the mashed tomatoes, pepper, garlic, salt, sugar into the pan. Add oil. Bring to a boil and boil for 10 minutes.

Step 6

Then add cucumbers, cook for 5 minutes.

Step 7

After 5 min. add vinegar. After 5 min. turn off and pour into banks. Sterilize jars and lids.

Step 8

Enjoy your meal!
