How to cook Pork in a pot with vegetables
Step 1
Wash the pork, dry it with paper towels and cut into pieces of 2.5–3 cm. Place the meat in a bowl, pour the marinade over it, cover with cling film and leave for 1 hour .

Peel onions, carrots and potatoes, cut into large cubes. Wash the fennel and cut into semicircles.

Heat a dry frying pan, put the pork on it along with the marinade. Fry the meat on all sides until golden brown, 4 minutes. Divide pork equally among 2 pots. Add chopped vegetables. Set aside. * For this dish, you can use metal enameled or heat-resistant ceramic pots.
Step 4
Prepare sour cream sauce. Peel the garlic, chop; Wash green onions and dill, dry and finely chop. Mix with sour cream, salt and pepper to taste. * Fans of "hotter" dishes can add chopped half of a hot pepper pod to the sauce.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 190ºС. Pour sour cream sauce into pots. Cover them with lids and place in the oven for 50 minutes.
