Cauliflower and Broccoli Soup
You should not complain about the lack of vitamins - they can be found even at this time of the year, and not only in branded packages. On the first day of spring, try making this delicious vitamin soup that does not require any special effort.
How to cook Cauliflower and Broccoli Soup
Step 1
Boil cauliflower and broccoli separately. Drain the decoction.
Step 2
Peel the onion, chop and fry in olive oil for 10 minutes, add the peeled chopped potatoes and simmer for another 5 minutes. Pour the vegetables with broth, bring to a boil, cook for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Divide the resulting mass into two equal parts. Add broccoli to one and cauliflower to the other. Boil; add cayenne pepper to the broccoli soup, and pieces of cheese to the cauliflower soup.
Step 4
Pour 100 ml of cream and broccoli soup into a blender. Make a puree. Do the same with the cauliflower soup.
Step 5
Warm up (but do not boil!) And pour into plates from two ladles at the same time.
