How to cook Pangasius with broccoli and corn
Step 1

Cut the fillet into portions, dry with a paper towel. Mix crackers with salt, pepper and spices.

Heat some oil in a saucepan, add broccoli. Close the lid, cook over low heat for 5-10 minutes. Add corn, salt and pepper. Remove from fire.
