Fast food option, crispy fried fish and vegetables.
Cut the fillet into portions, dry with a paper towel. Mix crackers with salt, pepper and spices.
Heat some oil in a saucepan, add broccoli. Close the lid, cook over low heat for 5-10 minutes. Add corn, salt and pepper. Remove from fire.
Heat up the pan, pour in the oil. Roll the fillet in breadcrumbs and fry on both sides.
