Turkey cutlets with spinach

How to cook Turkey cutlets with spinach
Step 1

Finely chop the onion.

Chop the spinach.

In a bowl, combine ground turkey, onion and spinach.

Add mayonnaise and egg. Salt and pepper. Mix the mince well.

Form 3-4 cutlets from the minced meat. Heat the frying pan well, pour in vegetable oil and place the cutlets on it.

Fry the cutlets over medium heat for 5 minutes on each side. If the cutlets are still not ready, fry them for another 2 minutes on each side.
Step 7
