Tartlets with blackcurrant and Mascarpone cream

Step 1

Blackcurrant filling: Rinse the currants, dry and beat with sugar in a blender. Pour into a container and leave for a few hours to gel.

Step 2

Cream: Mascarpone cheese, beat a little, add condensed milk and beat a little more. The cream is ready.

Step 3

Put 1 teaspoon of currant jelly into each tartlet, decorate with cream on top.
