How to cook Quick pork schnitzel
Step 1
For a proper schnitzel, the meat must be beaten to a thickness of approximately 3 mm. It is better to do this between two pieces of a film folded in several layers and smeared with vegetable oil. Season the beaten schnitzels with salt and pepper and then olive or melted butter on both sides, carefully rubbing the spices and oil into the flesh. Let rest while everything else is being prepared.
Step 2
Cut the apples lengthwise into 6 pieces and remove the core. Rub apples with oil, season with salt and pepper. Thread the tomatoes onto thin skewers.
Step 3
Kindle the coals in the brazier - they should burn out well and be covered with gray ash. Heat the grate, grease. Place the meat and apples on the grate and grill over the coals for 5 minutes, turning once every 1 minute. Roast tomatoes nearby. Let the meat rest for 2 minutes. and serve with apples and tomatoes.
