Salad with smoked chicken, bell peppers and cherry tomatoes

Homemade salad with smoked chicken and fresh vegetables will rival even restaurant dishes in taste. All the ingredients in this salad complement each other in a balanced way: spicy smoked chicken, sweet crispy peppers, fresh lettuce leaves, juicy cucumbers, cherry tomatoes and tender eggs.
How to cook Salad with smoked chicken, bell peppers and cherry tomatoes
Step 1

Remove the core and stem from the bell pepper. Cut it into strips.
Step 2

Cut the cucumber into strips
Step 3

Tear the lettuce leaves with your hands or chop them coarsely.
Step 4

Remove the skin, bones and cartilage from the leg. Cut the meat into strips.
Step 5

In a deep salad bowl, combine bell peppers and lettuce leaves.
Step 6

Add chicken and cucumber.
Step 7

Season the ingredients with mayonnaise and mix.

Place the salad on a flat plate.
