Pizza with pesto and seafood

How to cook Pizza with pesto and seafood
Step 1
Mix 2 tbsp. l. flour, salt and yeast. Pour in water and stir. Leave to approach, 15 min.
Step 2
Sift the remaining flour into a bowl, pour in the risen dough and knead the dough. Pour in the olive oil and knead with your hands, 10 minutes. Roll the dough into a ball and place in a bowl, cover with cling film and leave until the dough has doubled in size, 40 minutes.
Step 3
Separate the leaves from the basil and place in a blender. Add the peeled garlic and Parmesan, salt and chop. Pour in the olive oil and beat well.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 180 C. Punch down the risen dough and stretch it with your hands into an oval or circle. Brush the pizza with pesto, top with the olives and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Place in the hot oven and bake for 10 minutes until the edges of the pizza are golden.
Step 5
Drain the seafood in a colander, save the oil. Spread arugula on hot pizza, drizzle with oil and top with seafood. Set for 1 min. into the oven.
