Meat casserole

How to cook Meat casserole
Step 1

Fry the vegetables and minced meat. Fry the chopped onion and carrot in oil until translucent. Add the minced meat to the vegetables and fry for 20 minutes, stirring all the time. Then cover with a lid and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
Step 2

Assemble the casserole. Place half of the resulting puree on the bottom of the baking dish, put the vegetables and minced meat on top, cover the layer with the remaining puree.
Step 3

Bake the casserole. Beat the eggs with milk, pour over the casserole. Put the casserole dish in the oven for 30 minutes.
