Place the spinach in a microwave-safe bowl, cover with cling film and place in the microwave for 7-8 minutes. in strong mode so that it defrosts. In a skillet half-filled with salted water, lightly poach the eggs. Remove with a slotted spoon, pat dry and place over spinach. Drizzle with cream and sprinkle with cheese. Grill until golden brown.
