Place the spinach in a microwave-safe bowl, cover with cling film and place in the microwave for 7-8 minutes. in strong mode so that it defrosts. (If you don't have a microwave, spinach should be thawed in the refrigerator for a few hours or overnight.) Then squeeze the spinach well and place it back in the bowl. Mix with butter. Cut the ham into thin strips and add to the bowl. Mix. If desired, you can lightly season with nutmeg. Salt, pepper and lay in a flat refractory dish, forming 2 circles. Preheat the grill to high. In a skillet half-filled with salted water, lightly poach the eggs. Remove with a slotted spoon, pat dry and place over spinach. Drizzle with cream and sprinkle with cheese. Grill until golden brown.
