Seasoning from tomatoes with horseradish
Ingredients
- tomatoes 1 kg
- horseradish 200 g
- vinegar 5% 20 ml
- sugar 100 g
- salt 20 g
Cooking
Step 1
Cut the tomatoes and pass through a meat grinder. Also mince garlic and horseradish.
Step 2
Add salt, sugar, vinegar to the vegetable mixture and mix everything.
Step 3
Arrange the seasoning in jars, close the lids. Store in a cold place.
