Sea bass with citrus salsa, pomegranate and fennel

Ingredients

  • seabass fillet 120 g
  • orange 25 g
  • grapefruit 25 g
  • lime 25 g
  • olive oil 10 ml
  • arugula 10 g
  • fresh fennel 10 g
  • pomegranate seeds to taste
  • garlic butter to taste
  • fresh cilantro to taste
  • chili pepper to taste
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • sugar to taste

Cooking

Step 1

Prepare salsa. Mix citrus slices, add olive and garlic oil, cilantro, chili pepper, salt, pepper and sugar to them. Mix salsa with fresh fennel and arugula.

Step 2

Put the salsa on thinly sliced sea bass fillet, pre-flavored with salt and pepper. Garnish with pomegranate seeds
