Baked Potatoes with Chicken
Oven-baked potatoes with chicken, mushrooms and tomatoes are a self-sufficient dish that includes both meat and a side dish. Available ingredients are used to prepare it: potatoes, chicken fillet, champignons, tomatoes and cheese. The dish is juicy, tasty and filling. In addition, it turns out very beautiful, so it is perfect for a festive table. It is best to cook such potatoes in a deep rectangular ceramic or heat-resistant glass dish.
How to cook Baked Potatoes with Chicken
Step 1

Finely chop the onion. Cut the champignons into thin slices.
Step 2

Cut the chicken fillet lengthwise into thin slices. Salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3

Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil. Fry the onion and mushrooms. Salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4

Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and place the chicken in it in a single layer. Grease the chicken with mayonnaise.
Step 5

Cut the potatoes into thin slices of 2-3 mm and place on top of the chicken.
Step 6

Place onions and mushrooms on top of the potatoes.
Step 7

Then lay out the tomato slices.
Step 8

Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Bake the dish in the oven for 30-40 minutes until done.
