
Finely chop the onion. Cut the champignons into thin slices.

Cut the chicken fillet lengthwise into thin slices. Salt and pepper to taste.

Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil. Fry the onion and mushrooms. Salt and pepper to taste.

Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and place the chicken in it in a single layer. Grease the chicken with mayonnaise.

Cut the potatoes into thin slices of 2-3 mm and place on top of the chicken.

Place onions and mushrooms on top of the potatoes.

Then lay out the tomato slices.

Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Bake the dish in the oven for 30-40 minutes until done.

Baked potatoes with chicken, mushrooms and tomatoes are ready. Enjoy your meal.
